A Message from Coach Hayden

Welcome to another season of Grizzly Football!

As we begin the 2026–2027 season, I want to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who makes this program special. Our players, parents, coaches, school administration, and community have all played an important role in the continued growth of Northridge Football. Your support, commitment, and belief in our vision have helped build something we’re all proud of.

This marks my eighth season as Head Coach, and I couldn’t be more excited about where our program stands today. We’ve come a long way together. Through hard work, accountability, and a commitment to doing things the right way, our players and coaches have embraced a culture built on excellence, discipline, and family.

Our motto, “Trust the Process,” has become more than just words—it’s the foundation of who we are. Every day, our athletes strive to earn trust, honor their commitments, and give back to the school and community that supports them. Those values extend far beyond Friday nights and prepare our players for success long after their football careers are over.

While we are committed to competing for championships, our greatest mission is developing young men of character. We want our athletes to leave Northridge as leaders who are honest, dependable, resilient, and willing to serve others. Football provides the opportunity to teach life lessons that will stay with them for years to come.

Every player who puts on a Grizzly jersey contributes to something bigger than themselves. They are building a tradition that future generations of Grizzlies will continue to strengthen.

On behalf of our entire coaching staff, thank you for trusting us to coach, mentor, and lead these young men. It is a responsibility we never take for granted.
